Densify a center of a village The town hall of Seysses wanted to rebuild the municipal senior citizen association premises, because it becomed too old and small. The choice of an abandoned urban plot is made, an associative room, replace clothes lines, containers and bins. The tiny size of the plot and its unique facade makes quickly raise the issue of the light and how to provide it.
Due to the orientations, we chose to use three types of light contribution. In the southwest, a completely glazed facade positioned behind rows of rough painted concrete blocks, in the southeast a shed to provide morning light and three skylights for a constant lighting.
